What's going on today guys in this video we're you're doing a walk-around tour of the 2020 Chevrolet Traverse premiere. So the Traverse for 2020 is a carryover model however there are several changes to the 2020 model specifically on this one the stone gray metallic as you see the color is all new for 2020 the pepper dust metallic from 2019 is a similar color from this model but it has been discontinued for the 2020 model year.
So as I see it this color kind of replaces that color now starting at the front of the vehicle we do have your LED headlights with LED DRL as well as your incandescent turn signal bulb below that we do have your regular halogen fog lights and as you can see there's quite a bit of chrome surrounding the grille on this premiere model while we're at the grille there is your camera for your 360 view inside the vehicle right towards the bottom there come around to the side we do have your 20 inch aluminum wheels with dark accents these are 2 55 55 our 20 continental cross contact LX 20 tires the side of vehicle features a lot of the chrome accents as well door handles roof rails up there as well as the trim near the bottom now the premier model does have painted plastic around the wheel arch areas whereas some of the other lower models won't have that painted now of course at the back of the vehicle you do have your LED tail lights with incandescent reverse bulbs as well as your dual outlet exhaust with rear parking sensors and you can see this is a premiere model more cameras for your 360 camera and HD backup camera and one cool thing about the Traverse is it features a windshield washer nozzle right there to clean off the camera in case it ever gets dirty you can see this is an all-wheel drive model so take a look at the window sticker you can see this is a 2020 Traverse all wheel drive premiere in stone gray metallic with the dark atmosphere medium ash gray interior this has the 3.6 liter v6 with the 9 speed automatic transmission now there really aren't any options on this premier other than the floor liner package for $395 but this one sticker is at forty nine thousand nine hundred and ninety dollars just under that 50 thousand dollar mark but the premier does feature quite a few tech features and other nice convenience features as standard as you can see you do have your blind spot indicator right in the corner of the mirror there with the star [Applause] now of course you do have keyless entry on all four door handles take a look on the interior of the vehicle you do have nice padded materials on the door you have your leather padded armrest as well as your window switches mirror switches unlock lock button and your memory seats and lower on the door we do have your power tailgate controls as well as your Bose audio system to the left of the steering wheel you do have your gauge illumination control your headlight control as well as your fog light control with some more nice leather stitching of course your heated leather wrap steering wheel with cruise control Ford collision control as well similar voice and audio controls over there this does have automatic high-beam assist over here as well as your wiper control on the other stalk and of course your power driver's seat wrapped in that gray leather let's go ahead and start it up as you can see the gauges are very similar to the 2019 and earlier models now take a look at the infotainment system this is a revised infotainment system for 2020 this is the Chevy infotainment 3 8 inch HD display of course it features Android auto apple carplay just like some of the earlier ones you have your navigation here a very nice system for the version 3 very easy to use as you can see it already wants to set up your points of interest and stuff like that so a very neat system as 4xm on this system you do have channel art which is something that is a pretty unique - I guess Sirius XM and vehicles in general anyways the system does still retain that storage underneath the screen and behind the screen which is nice to have extra storage now you do have your home button as well as track forward in Reverse below that we do have your climate controls this is a try zone automatic climate control but we do have your dual zone up front here with heated and ventilated seats of course all your other climate control hard buttons right there as well below that we do have your aux USB SD card as well as a 12-volt outlet and your phone wireless charger again your 9 speed automatic transmission and behind that we do have your mode selector for the all-wheel-drive system as well as some traction control and lane keep assist button as well as your electronic parking brake armrest is nice leather padded with a good amount of storage do have a illumination in there take a look up top here we do have your visors which do have illumination and of course your very unique camera view rearview mirror with of course a traditional mode as well I'm personally not a huge fan of the camera mirror but it is kind of neat to see but again does have your no view as well and is giving some of your OnStar buttons up here as well as your interior illumination as well as garage home link the vehicle does not have a sunroof as that is still optional equipment take a look at the rear seat here of course a lot of your materials are going to follow through you do have hard touch plastic up top here but you do have your nice padded leather on the armrest as well as a cup holder and a little bit of storage space you do have some seat adjustment as well now here is your rear third zone automatic climate control with rear heated seats as well as in household outlet and two USB ports along with some storage coming up top you do have your LED interior lighting with some vents on the ceiling you do have rear map pockets on both front seats along with armrests for the second row of passengers now take a look at the third row it is a little cramped but again you can slide these second row seats forward and back the third row passengers do have USB ports on either side as well as two cupholders and again the right seat in the second row does have the ability to slide forward so you get better access from the curbside the second row seat behind the driver does not have this feature now take a look at the trunk space do you have your power tailgate of course of course you do have cargo hooks for cargo net some of your speakers back here as well as some underfloor storage and a 12-volt outlet and of course the third row and second row seats do fold down for a pretty flat cargo area so now let's go ahead and look at the changes for 2020 as far as features options colors as I have a complete list of changes for the 2020 model year so for 2020 here are some of the feature color and option changes as you can see deletions is at the top and we have three color deletions which are Havana Brown blackcurrant metallic as well as pepper dust metallic also the 2-liter four-cylinder engine was deleted mid 2019 as well as some of the infotainment changes that were replaced with better revised versions and here are some of the new features for 2020 we have three new colors as you can see stone gray metallic black cherry metallic and midnight blue metallic as well as your updated infotainment systems and here are some packaging changes for the 2020 model year you guys can go ahead and pause that if you guys are interested in looking at them looks like more standard equipment is trickling down to lower trim models which is great alright so I hope you guys enjoyed this tour of the 2020 Traverse premiere as you can see there are a couple changes to the 2020 line including this brand new color here if you guys like this video please hit that like button it really helps me out also check out the two competing vehicles to this one I did tours on those the Hyundai paddle state as well as the new Explorer so those will be found on my channel if you guys want to check the tours of those videos out and with that being said I will see you guys in the next video [Music] Up next
